Features and benefits
●The valve bearing parts are cast by precision casting process, the surface quality hand wheel is casted by malleable cast iron, the shape is matched with the handle, and the friction is appropriately increased to facilitate opening. And it shows obvious "open" and "off" signs.
●The stem nut is made of high-nickel ductile iron. The “T”-shaped thread cooperates with the valve stem to transmit torque.
● There is an oil cup on the bonnet, which can be replenished with solid lubricant regularly to keep it easy to open and close.
●The packing gland and the pressure sleeve are designed separately to ensure the concentricity of the valve stem. Reasonable stuffing box design ensures that the valve has no external leakage and meets environmental protection requirements.
● The bonnet is equipped with an upper seal that meets the American Petroleum Institute API standards.
●The middle flange connection bolt of the valve adopts stud bolt for easy maintenance and disassembly.
●The stem of the valve stem is forged as a whole and connected to the valve disc through a "T" groove to ensure strength.
Reasonable design of anti-leakage stuffing box
The valve packing is a combination of flexible graphite and braided graphite, which has good sealing performance and certain strength. The packing gland and the packing gland are split design, the spherical surface is combined, and the concentricity can be automatically maintained, so that the valve stem is not scratched when moving up and down. The packing gland is provided with a step to prevent it from falling into the stuffing box. The threaded tail of the stem is always above the packing to prevent the packing from coming out during movement. This stuffing box ensures that the valve has no external buildings and meets environmental requirements.
